Terms and conditions

These terms apply to cleaning work we carry out in Tooting Bec and the surrounding areas. Booking a clean means accepting them.

Quotes and booking

Quotes are based on what you tell us about the property. If the property is materially different when we arrive, for example more rooms than described, or a level of soiling that needs specialist work, we will tell you before starting and agree a revised price or leave without charge.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We take bank transfer and cash. We do not take a deposit for domestic work.

Cancellation

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, or if we cannot get access at the agreed time, we may charge for the cleaner’s time.

Access and keys

You are responsible for providing access. If you leave a key with us it is held securely and returned on request. Parking charges or permits, where the street requires them, are payable by you.

Our work

If you are not satisfied with something we cleaned, tell us within 48 hours and we will return and re-clean that item at no charge. This does not cover damage or wear that was present before we started.

Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for items that fail because they were already worn or faulty, or for stains and marks that cannot be removed by normal cleaning methods. We will point these out where we spot them.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
