This explains what we do with your personal information when you contact us about cleaning work.

What we collect

When you fill in the quote form or ring us we collect your name, phone number, the property postcode, and optionally your email address and any notes you give us about the job. That is all we ask for and all we keep.

Why we hold it

To quote for the work, to arrange the clean, and to contact you about that booking. The lawful basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and afterwards our legitimate interest in running the job.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details that do not turn into a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for six years, which is the period we may need them for tax and for any dispute.

Who sees it

The office and the cleaners assigned to your job. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to marketing companies. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider and form submissions arrive by email.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Ring 020 8077 2691 and ask, and we will action it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
