How much is an end of tenancy clean in Tooting Bec?

Do you charge more for Saturdays or evenings?
No. The rate is the same seven days a week, 8am to 7pm, and there is no call-out fee.

Do I have to be in while you clean?
No. Plenty of our regulars leave a key with us or fit a key safe by the front door. For a move-out clean we usually collect keys from the agent, which is simpler as long as you tell us which branch is holding them.
Is there a minimum charge?
£67 on one off work. Most jobs clear it easily. A single bedroom carpet on its own would not, so it is worth adding the stairs or a second room if you are booking that small.

The minimum charge on one-off work is £67. Parking or congestion charges, where a visit needs them, are added at cost. Move-out cleans carry our 48-hour re-clean. If the check-out report flags anything we cleaned, we return and re-clean it at no charge.
The housing here shapes the job
Tooting Bec is mostly late-Victorian and Edwardian: two storeys, bay front, brick, with a back addition running out into the garden. A very large share of those houses were split years ago into an upper flat and a lower flat. That matters more than it sounds. One address off Tooting Bec Road can mean two tenancies, two check-out dates and two separate cleans, booked by two agents who have never spoken to each other, and we quote them as two jobs because that is what they are.
The water is the second thing that shapes our week. Thames Water runs hard across SW17, so limescale on shower screens and glass shower doors is the single most common thing people ask us to shift. Kettles too. On a move-out clean the screen is also what an inventory clerk photographs first, so it gets a descaler and a blade before anything else in that bathroom.
Then there is parking, which decides how our day is planned more than anything a customer says to us. Wandsworth's D3 Tooting Bec zone is controlled from 9.30am on weekdays, running to 4.30pm on some streets and 6.30pm including Saturdays on others, and visitor stays are capped at two to four hours depending on the road. Two hours is no use for a whole flat. We book pay-by-phone cover for the van before an all-day job rather than stopping halfway through to move it.
