What we get called out for

End of tenancy
The full move-out clean, priced by property size. Oven, inside cupboards, limescale, the lot.

Carpets
Hot water extraction, not a bonnet mop. Most rooms are dry enough to walk on in a couple of hours.

Regular housework
Weekly or fortnightly, charged per cleaner per hour. Same person kept on your house.
Working in Tooting Bec
Tooting Bec is overwhelmingly late-Victorian and Edwardian: two-storey bay-fronted brick terraces with back additions, on the grid of streets running off Upper Tooting Road and Tooting Bec Road. A very large share of those houses were split into upper and lower conversion flats, so a single address often means two separate tenancies and two separate cleans. Round the edges there are 1920s and 1930s cottage-style terraces towards Furzedown, some purpose-built interwar mansion blocks near the common, and a scattering of newer apartment schemes closer to Tooting Broadway.
Wandsworth's D3 Tooting Bec zone is controlled 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday on some streets and 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday on others, with a two to four hour visitor maximum, so a van needs pay-by-phone cover booked before an all-day job
Thames Water supply here is hard, and limescale on shower screens, glass shower doors and kettles is the single most common thing customers ask us to shift
Most conversion flats keep the original narrow Victorian staircase and there is no lift, so machines and carpet gear go up two or three flights by hand
Water here is hard, so limescale on taps, screens and kettles takes longer than people expect.

These are our standard prices, not a teaser rate. A one bedroom flat is £207 for a full end of tenancy clean. Carpets and ovens are priced separately, because not everyone needs them.
